The integrity of pomace, the slow distillation and careful stay in small oak barrels grant to grappa an amber color, and aromatic and a decided fragrance and an intense and persistent taste.

LOCATION OF VINEYARDS: Campania region Irpinia.
VARIETY: 100% Taurasi pomace.
VINIFICATION: Craft method distillation using copper batch stills.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 45% vol.
